Wright Hassall LLP were implementing a new e-signing tool across the firm. Baskerville Drummond were engaged to deliver training sessions to help users with this new piece of software.
Wright Hassall LLP were implementing a new e-signing tool across the firm. After an introductory call it was agreed that Baskerville Drummond would deliver 3 x 45 minute sessions for users to join to help embed this new piece of software into the firm.
During the session there was time for questions and where answers could not be met on the call, these were taken away, investigated and the information given after the event.
As well as designing and delivering the introduction training sessions, Baskerville Drummond’s Beccy Scobell produced training guides, so users had support after the training, which was greatly received.
