Joelson – DMS Go Live Suport

We were initially engaged by Joelson to support the selection of a new DMS solution. Following a comprehensive selection process Joelson chose to implement iManage with Tiger-Eye as the implementation partner.

In preparation for go-live Tiger-Eye provided end user training.
Baskerville Drummond were engaged to enhance Joelson’s go-live experience by providing floor walk support and training on Day 1 and 2 of Go Live, as Tiger-Eye could not provide the support on the chosen go-live period.
Beccy Scobell attended the Joelson’s office on the first two days of go-live providing general “floor walking” support as well as delivering training for staff who had missed the original end user training,
During this time Beccy also shared some hints and tips to assist the users to get up and running using the system.
