Asserson – Training Implementation Support

We were engaged by Assersons to support the rollout of their new Tessaract Practice Management Software. Whilst Tessaract provided “train the trainer” training, and Assersons had  identified a group of super users, the project leadership team decided it was best to provide additional documentation and formal training for all users.

With limited internal knowledge of the software, Assersons required expert guidance to develop training materials and deliver effective training sessions.

Beccy had not undertaken a project with Tessaract so she reviewed the material provided by
Tessaract and sat in on the training sessions they provided. From this work we were tasked with producing a bank of training guides covering all aspects of the system, including (but not limited to):

• Client and Matter Creation
• Time Recording
• Accounting Features

Following the success of this stage of the project, and Assersons’ delight at the quality of the material (It was joked that we should be selling it back to Tesseract), Beccy was then requested to provide additional training sessions for the whole firm.

Beccy designed and delivered a series of short, detailed training demos that employees could book onto at their convenience. These sessions were tailored to address specific needs and ensure that all staff members felt confident using Tessaract.

The tailored training documentation and interactive training sessions significantly enhanced the staff’s proficiency with Tessaract. Assersons successfully transitioned to the new system with minimal disruption, and the team felt well-supported throughout the process. The comprehensive training approach ensured that all employees could leverage Tessaract’s features to their fullest potential, ultimately improving overall efficiency and productivity.
