Stepien Lake is a specialist Commercial Property law practice based in London’s West End, advising on commercial and residential development, investment, and related transactions.
The firm undertakes a large volume of development work and needs its case management system to support multiple active schemes while maintaining consistency and efficiency.
Working closely with key stakeholders, we reviewed existing processes and implemented a series of enhancements across the system, including: refining workflows, updating precedent documents and templates, configuring new development schemes, and making practical improvements to screens and processes to support users handling high-volume transactional work.
We structured the changes so that they were delivered in a manner which ensured the firm could continue to manage live matters while testing any new or improved functionality. Regular collaboration ensured that development work remained aligned with business priorities and that new schemes could be configured and made ready in line with project deadlines.
We are continuing to work with the firm, delivering further enhancements as requirements evolve and new projects are introduced.
