We were bought in mid way through the project to add industry insight and guidance to the steering group. We undertook a review of the project approach and advised how to restructure the project.

Our involvement included :-

• Undertaking requirements gathering
• Creating the formal RTT document
• Supporting the steering group through the process to prioritise requirements
• Managing the RTT process with the long-listed suppliers
• Analysing the results of the RTT and providing a report to the steering group
• Planning the deep-dive session agendas and scoring criteria
• Assisting the steering group in determining their preferred vendor
