Bishop & Sewell LLP – PMS Selection & Implementation

Bishop & Sewell engaged Baskerville Drummond to support them in selecting a new PMS solution to replace the existing Indigo and Mattersphere combination and to ensure a successful project.

We guided the Bishop & Sewell team through a discovery and selection process which is aimed at identifying the solution which best matches the firms’ unique needs and a vendor which connects with the firms ambitions and support expectations

Vendors were requested to put forward proposals based on a detailed requirements document and following an assessment of proposals we presented our findings and recommendations to the Bishop & Sewell project team.

The team decided to short-list two vendors and then undertook detailed “deep dive” assessment days to assess how the considered solutions delivered the desired functionality and the approach of the vendors. A key consideration for Bishop & Sewell was the solutions “look and feel” and the change-impact the selected solution would have on their staff.

Following the assessment days, we assisted Bishop & Sewell with the contractual negotiations and defining the go-live scope for the implementation project.
