Martin is a legal technology training consultant with extensive experience supporting law firms through system implementation, optimisation, and adoption. Having spent over eight years working within a Top 50 UK law firm, he brings a practical understanding of how technology, process, and people intersect in a regulated legal environment.

Martin specialises in core legal systems including Liberate PMS/CMS, NetDocuments, iManage, Litera, Intapp, BigHand, and Microsoft 365. He has led the delivery and adoption of firm-wide platforms, supported the introduction of AI-enabled solutions, and worked closely with legal and business services teams to ensure systems are configured to support efficient, compliant working practices.

A key differentiator in Martin’s approach is his background as a qualified IT Trainer and Learning & Development professional. He holds recognised teaching and L&D certifications, including a Level 5 L&D qualification, Level 4 teaching qualification, and applies established learning principles to support sustainable change. Martin understands that successful technology transformation depends as much on effective training and engagement as it does on technical delivery.

In his role at Quiss Technology, Martin delivered training to a wide range of law firms, from large national practices to boutique firms across the UK. This experience, alongside training roles at Wright Hassall LLP, Coventry University, and Numidia Academy, has given him a strong foundation in designing and delivering training that is practical, relevant, and tailored to different firm sizes and operating models.

Martin delivers training both in person and virtually, working with audiences ranging from small specialist teams to large, multi-office groups. His sessions are grounded in real legal workflows and focused on enabling users to apply systems effectively in their day-to-day roles.
