Chris Winterburn

Chris has joined Baskerville Drummond at the beginning of this year, as a Junior Consultant.
He began his career working with small to medium size manufacturing firms and educational establishments providing extensive training on bespoke systems and Microsoft Office packages as a Microsoft Certified Trainer. He transitioned to the legal sector over 16 years ago working within two large regional law firms.
This journey was initially as an IT Trainer covering case management systems and other systems necessary for running an effective law firm.
Over a decade ago he moved up in the ranks to become IT Manager, looking after the day-to-day requirements of a 120+ user, multi-site law firm.
He is an experienced Information Technology Manager with demonstrable experience of working in the legal services industry.
He has in-depth experience of: –
- PMS implementation and development,
- Office 365, digital dictation,
- print management,
- telephony,
- business analysis,
- data analysis and management reporting,
- business continuity planning and testing,
- supplier and contract management,
- training, amongst a host of other hands-on skills.
Additional Chris has worked on the identification of system development and process streamlining allowing legal teams to more effectively and efficiently utilise their case management systems.
Alongside this has worked closely with both management and finance teams to produce accurate and relevant management reporting data for distribution to both individuals and groups.
