We were engaged by Piper Smith Watton to undertake an IT review, to address some operational issues and define the IT strategy:

  • Reviewed all IT policies and procedures and enhanced to best practice;
  • Implemented missing IT technical documentation;
  • Created service catalogue and implemented SLA with IT service provider;
  • Identified and addressed tactical operational issues;
  • Reviewed the use of the PMS and made recommendations for improvements;
  • Developed IT strategy and project framework for delivery by internal resources.
