We were engaged by Piper Smith Watton to undertake an IT review, to address some operational issues and define the IT strategy:
- Reviewed all IT policies and procedures and enhanced to best practice;
- Implemented missing IT technical documentation;
- Created service catalogue and implemented SLA with IT service provider;
- Identified and addressed tactical operational issues;
- Reviewed the use of the PMS and made recommendations for improvements;
- Developed IT strategy and project framework for delivery by internal resources.
