We were engaged by Kutana to develop and deploy a model to assess the business benefits that are achieved by deploying Kutana’s Kappris print management solution.

By applying the benefits model to the solution it will be possible for firms to evidence the benefits of the solution in a business rather than IT focused conversation.

The model uses concepts from IT Service Costing models along with data from helpdesk solutions and end-user questionnaires to analyse the current situation and forecast future benefits.
